Leviticus 9:21-23

21 Then[a] Aaron waved the breast sections and the right upper thigh as a wave offering before[b] Yahweh, just as Moses had commanded.

22 Then[c] Aaron lifted his hand toward[d] the people, and he blessed them, and he came down after[e] sacrificing[f] the sin offering and the burnt offering and the fellowship offerings. 23 Then[g] Moses and Aaron entered the tent of assembly. When[h] they came out, they blessed[i] the people, and Yahweh’s glory appeared to all the people.
